Order
- Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified. Please be sure to verify all contents before placing an order.

Delivery

- If there are items that need to be ordered in the order, they will be shipped after the expected arrival date + 1-2 working days.
Returns and Exchanges
- Unopened goods can enjoy a 14-day exchange service. Application must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt on the express delivery note. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after the expiration date.

- We accept credit cards (no handling fees), APPLE PAY, GOOGLE PAY, PAYME, FPS, and bank deposits. All orders must upload data within 24 hours, otherwise the order will be automatically canceled.
